Inspired Conversations: Navigating Change, Grief and Loss with Fiona T. & Tara D.
Change, grief and loss are very common aspects of the cancer experience. For many people, change, grief and loss are challenging, uncomfortable, even painful, uncharted waters that can lead to feelings of vulnerability, loneliness, isolation, anxiety, fear, frustration and/or anger. Significant change, loss or grief can also trigger physical issues such as trouble sleeping, tiredness, changes in our appetite, cravings, trouble concentrating, moodiness and changes in our energy levels. In this workshop, we will explore and begin to normalize the emotional experiences of grief and loss that often come with change. Together, we will explore tools and ways of navigating change, grief and loss.
*Please have on hand: paper, pens, pencil crayons and/or felt pens (may be helpful but not necessary).
