Personal choice and self-care make all the difference.
Our cancer rehabilitation services support and educate people during and after cancer treatments. We offer practical and personalized exercise therapy, stress management, nutrition and counselling services.
Personal empowerment and choice are encouraged, supported and honored at InspireHealth. You will have the opportunity to work with our clinical team, to help you decide on a individualized plan that is specifically tailored to your unique needs and interests. We offer a comprehensive whole-person approach to care.
Clinical consultations are available with our team of health professionals, including Physicians, Nutritionists, Exercise Therapists and Clinical counsellors. Available in person, via video conference or telephone. To book an consultation please contact your nearest InspireHealth centre.
Facilitated by our clinical team, our programs focus on exercise, meditation, nutrition, stress reduction, healthy sleep practices, group sharing and healthy communication. Our programs help to reduce side-effects of cancer treatments and support overall health and well-being. We encourage you to bring your friends and family with you.
