At InspireHealth, we are privileged to have Nutritionists on staff. This allows us to offer not only nutrition consultations and community workshops, but also in-house cooking classes. However, our kitchens could use your help. We’re missing some important cooking items and our kitchens are in need of repairs that would allow us to make cooking classes the best experience possible for our members. Not to mention allowing our volunteers to make the most delicious food to complement the LIFE Program experience.
Could you help the InspireHealth kitchens inspire others?
We’ve compiled a Wish List of priority items for our kitchens and for other areas of our Centres equally important to providing a healing environment. We are asking for financial contributions towards these items. From the smallest teaspoon to the biggest pot, all are required to let the love flow out of the kitchen to our members!
There are several ways you can give:
1. Go to our Donations page and fill in the online form. When asked where you would like your funds to go, click Other then indicate ‘Wish List’. You can also specify a centre of your choice if you have a preference, or
2. Send a cheque to our Lower Mainland – Vancouver Centre, and indicate ‘Wish List’ on your cheque and specify which centre you want to support, or
3. Visit your local centre in person and donate by cash, credit, debit, or cheque at the front desk. Don’t forget to mention the Wish List!
In an upcoming newsletter, we will share our progress by letting you know what’s been purchased from our ‘Wish Lists’ thanks to the generosity of patrons like you. Thank you for realizing the importance of nutrition in wellness. And thank you for letting us bring that to future members!Sincerely,
Lead Nutritionist, InspireHealth
P.S. Remember every donation makes a difference. Monetary donations of $10 or greater will receive a tax receipt.
P.P.S. There are other parts of our centres and programs that could use your help too. And as always, general donations are needed and appreciated, as we can put the funds towards the area of greatest need. Thanks to Robert S. Donovan for the “wishing” photo
