Leona Kolla, Chair
Leona Kolla, an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC), and a former patient of InpireHealth, brings years of leadership experience working in four provinces in the private, not for profit and government sectors.
Since 2002 she has owned and led LEADcoach Canada Inc., a corporation that specializes in strategy and organizational development, leadership development, and executive coaching. Past positions include Vice-President Development, Saskatchewan Opportunities Corporation; Associate Deputy Minister, Saskatchewan Economic Development and President, Edmonton Convention and Tourism Authority.
Leona has led major change initiatives, reorganizations, downsizing’s and expansions, as well as planned and implemented key strategic priorities in highly sensitive, political environments. Change, renewal, and exploration of new paths and approaches are the hallmark of her life and career. She is a life-long learner holding degrees from Royal Roads University, the University of Toronto and the University of Saskatchewan and a post graduate certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University.
