March 25, 2010 - Do you have cancer? Do you know about integrated cancer care? Growing scientific evidence exists that engaging patients in an integrative approach to care (i.e. exercise, healthful nutrition, massive stress reduction, emotional support, etc.) can substantially improve quality-of-life, reduce the risk of recurrence, and improve survival. If you want to know more about your options… or if you want to know how you can create for yourself an optimal recovery plan consider attending one of InspireHealth’s two upcoming LIFE program workshops in Kamloops.
