Each morning, InspireHealth staff begin their day with a 15 minute group meditation. This, we believe, contributes greatly to our connectedness as a team and to our patients and helps set the presence, tone and feeling of our delightful centre. In beginning each day with meditation, we connect with our true selves, promoting a calm, open and inspiring atmosphere into which we invite our patients. 

We believe in living our vision at InspireHealth and are proud of the wonderful culture we have created. Our ‘cultural agreements’, which our staff and volunteers commit to when they join our team, is a wonderful living expression of our culture – one designed to nurture honesty, openness, growth, self-responsibility, balance and engagement in wholeness and health.  We strive to maintain healthful lifestyles and have an active participation in our own physical, emotional and spiritual development.
