InspireHealth Publishes First Integrated Cancer Care Guide
InspireHealth launched Canada's first Integrated Cancer Care Guide featuring practical tips on health and healing for cancer patients.
The 70 page book was researched and written by InspireHealth medical doctors Hal Gunn, Teresa Clarke, Janice Wright and Ron Puhky.
InspireHealth's unique Foundations of Health and Healing is the basis of the book with over 70 pages of illustrations and topics including healthy nutrition, vitamins, supplements, exercise, emotional and spiritual support and complementary therapies for creating optimal health and healing.
The guide integrates the latest research from InspireHealth's unique Research Information System, which searches medical databases world-wide for the latest in integrative cancer care research.
For example, the guide reviews the evidence of the value of healthful nutrition for both the prevention and treatment of cancer, the foods that optimally support health and supplements that have been found to increase survival.
